xnajee Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

xnajee is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, slots, cricket betting, and various gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between xnajee and its users.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the xnajee platform, you agree to comply with all provisions of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Each person may open only one account. If the same person is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses will be cancelled.

xnajee may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete. The following documents are acceptable:

• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (where applicable)
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement

4 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Compliance with the following security rules is mandatory:

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details with any other person.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after signing in from a public or shared device.
• xnajee will never ask for your password via email or chat.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. xnajee will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless the incident is clearly caused by xnajee's own negligence.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The rules governing financial transactions on the xnajee platform are set out below:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xnajee supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Identity verification (KYC) on your account must be complete.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount received.

• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Some games may contribute differently toward the wagering requirement — specific details will be stated in the bonus terms.
• Bonus balance will be tracked separately until the wagering requirement is complete.

6.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, xnajee runs various tournaments, cashback offers, and special promotions. Each promotion will have its own applicable terms. xnajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

7 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to gaming on the xnajee platform:

• All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles and outcomes are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG).
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, xnajee reserves the right to void that round and refund the amount wagered.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, xnajee's recorded logs will serve as the basis for the final decision.
• Any bet placed or any attempt to secure a win by exploiting a software or system error will be considered void.
• The terms and conditions of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others) also apply.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xnajee platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure:

• Betting or gaming using bots, automated software, or any form of artificial intelligence.
• Opening multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

xnajee may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified time.
• Inactive account (no activity for 12 consecutive months).
• A court order or request from a law enforcement agency.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please submit a request via 24/7 live chat support or by email. Any withdrawable balance will be paid out by the designated method before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

xnajee's liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use of the xnajee platform is limited as follows:

• xnajee is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, or device malfunctions.
• xnajee bears limited responsibility for problems caused by third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks).
• xnajee will not provide compensation for financial losses arising from gaming — gaming carries risk and all decisions are the user's own.
• xnajee is not liable for temporary unavailability during system maintenance.

• A resolution will be attempted within 30 days from the date the complaint is submitted.
